VAF Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy

Regarding Van Ausdall & Farrar’s Coronavirus Preparation

We are closely monitoring available information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), our suppliers and customers regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 or “coronavirus.”

Van Ausdall & Farrar, Inc. Company Policy

VAF has developed and tested an extensive disaster recovery/business continuity plan which we will implement in the event the coronavirus impacts business operations, our suppliers or customers.

The following steps have already been taken:

  1. Our continuity committee is meeting on a regular basis to assess any developing information as it relates to the needs of our employees and customers.

  2. We have reviewed necessary precautions with all employees in order to help support community efforts in the prevention and/or containment of the virus.

  3. Should the need arise, we will enact contingency plans in an effort to provide uninterrupted services and products required by our customers.

VAF will continue to review information as it is made available. At this time, our assessment of the potential risk for business interruption related to the coronavirus is low. However, that assessment is likely to change rapidly. We are committed to addressing the needs and welfare of our employees and customers in this very dynamic environment. We will pass along any relevant information as quickly as possible.
