Each dealer used outside of Indiana is evaluated and researched by our National Accounts Team before they are partnered with one of Van Ausdall & Farrar, Inc. customers. The dealer is evaluated on the following items:

  • Number of technicians certified to work on the specified equipment
  • Target response times by segment range
  • First call effectiveness (taking care of the service call on the first visit)
