Our National Accounts Coordinator works as the primary interface to make sure machines are delivered, installed and maintained seamlessly and to your expectations. The National Account Coordinator’s knowledge of the dealers and direct branches through other national accounts helps in making the process a "superior" one throughout the life cycle of the equipment.
Highest Standards
Each dealer used outside of Indiana is evaluated and researched by our National Accounts Team before they are partnered with one of Van Ausdall & Farrar, Inc. customers. The dealer is evaluated on the following items:
- Number of technicians certified to work on the specified equipment
- Target response times by segment range
- First call effectiveness (taking care of the service call on the first visit)
