Overview

The Mail Solutions Group of Van Ausdall & Farrar assists clients in managing their incoming and outgoing mail. Whether it requires print, meter, insert or managing the entire operation we have a solution. Through our partnerships with PFE, FP Mailing Systems, and FORMAX we can handle all of your equipment needs from small offices to large operations.

FP Products

• Ultimail 65
  Quickly eliminate trips to the post office and the inconvenience and time it takes to manually process mail with this easy-to-use, efficient postage machine. No special training is required to operate the Ultimail&trade 65. Anyone in the office can automatically process up to 65 pieces per minute with 300 dpi crisp postage printing that projects a professional appearance. The ultimail™ 65 is IBIP- compliant, meeting all USPS standards for mail security.
• Ultimail 95
  The Ultimail™ 95 is easy to use. It automatically processes up to 120 pieces per minute with a crisp print quality. Experience bottom-line benefits immediately with its ability to track up to 150 departmental accounts, giving you instant access to where postage dollars are being spent. The ultimailTM 95 is also IBIP- compliant, meeting all USPS standards for mail security.
• Centormail
  The Centormail™ is perfect for mid to high-range volume. This digital mailing system offers an array of unique features, including a vertical feeder that processes true mixed mail without presorting. This digital system is SBP-( shape-based pricing) and IBIP-compliant, has dynamic weighing, an integrated scale, intuitive operating settings, HP Inkjet Technology, automatic secure access to postage downloads, and processes up to 140 letters per minute.
• FPi 2000
  The FPi 2000 series of folder/inserters is an excellent choice for the small office environment which needs to process smaller quantities of invoices, statements, or marketing materials.
• FPi 4030
  The FPi 4030 Folder Inserter is suitable for a variety of mail applications including invoice stuffing, statements, collection letters, billing and marketing communications.

PFE Products

• Automailer 5
  The Automailer 5 offers total flexibility in mail processing from a few hundred letters per day right up to high monthly volumes. Almost any system configuration is available, from a simple 2 station machine to a highly sophisticated 16 station installation using all PFE's technical experience... and at a fraction of the cost of other Production Folder/Inserters.
• Maximailer
  PFE’s Maximailer Plus brings a new level of automation and flexibility to your mail processing. Designed to meet the needs of a busy environment today, and be able to grow and evolve with your business, its modular design ensures there is a configuration to suit your application. Its imos software allows the operator to set the machine for a new application at the touch of a button, save applications, and produce detailed statistics of all the work processed by the system. Whether you need a small system, or a multi-station configuration, the Maximailer Plus can be tailored to meet your precise requirements.

Formax Products

• 6402 Series Inserters
  Available in six basic configurations, the 6402 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six station models are available to meet your particular folding and inserting needs.

  The full-color touchscreen control panel makes operation even easier than before. The optional production feeder holds up to 325 BRE's and up to 1,200 sheets of paper, which increases hopper capacity and reduces loading time.

• 6602 Series Inserters
  The versatile 6602 Series provides power and flexibility in a design that's easy to use. Two, four and six-station models offer a combination of standard and special feeders. The 6602 Series features a new full-color touchscreen control panel, up to 25 programmable jobs, and the power to fold up to 10 sheets (half-fold) and up to 8 sheets (tri-fold).

  A variety of options bring high-capacity folding and inserting right into your office. The High-Capacity Envelope Hopper and Output Conveyor each hold up to 1,000 envelopes. Choose from one or two Production Feeders, with a combined feeding ability of up to 2,400 sheets or 750 BREs. A Thin Booklet Feeder inserts documents up to 2.5mm thick. In addition, Single-Track and Dual-Track OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) options provide a high level of document security.

• 6900 Series Inserters
  The 6900 Series Inserters are the most powerful and versatile tabletop system available. The 6900 Series offers the versatility of processing a wide range of envelope sizes from a standard #10 to a flat 10” x 13”. AutoMix™ models take this flexibility to the next level by allowing different sized envelopes to be used on-the-fly during operation. Up to four feed stations are capable of reaching speeds up to 4,300 pieces/hour and handling up to 120,000 inserts per month.

  The 6900 Series utilizes a user-friendly central control system with automatic settings for one-touch setup of up to 9 different jobs. With the 6900 Series, you don’t have to worry about page lengths, envelope sizes or complex jobs. Whether you are mailing one-page invoices, 50-page statements, or anything in between, the 6900 Series offers the functionality to get the job done.
